An open letter...
An open letter to Uwe Boll.
Dear Mr Boll,
I emplore you for the sake of gamers and cinema goers the world over to stop making films. Every single film you have made sucks on a gigantic level, and your current obsession of making films based on video games beyond forgiveable.
We don't care if Hollywood likes you because you'll make five or six films at a time, because all we care about is the sanctity of our games and minds.
In closure, stop making films.
Yours,
Graafen Blackpaw / Thalyi E. Wolfe.

First off, i liked Alone in the Dark. Not the best film i've seen, but well worth a watch i thought.
Second, nobody is forcing you to watch them, so why should he stop his 'career' on behalf of a few people who didn't like his films.
Third, there are worse directors out there, why is all the criticism being aimed at Boll all of a sudden?
Forth, he obviously enjoys making films
"As a child, he produced a number of short films on Super 8 and video before beginning his studies as a film director"
so just because he's made something of himself, why does that give people the right to knock him down? :(

The first film was "So bad that it shouldn't be watched". The second film is "so bad it's good".
I haven't seen his other work, but after seeing the mediocrity of one of his films, I think I wouldn't be missing much.

Watching these fucking ridiculous 'movies' with a huge group in somebodies living room is some of the most fun I've EVER had!
It's like somebody gave an autistic ten year old who just saw Jurassic Park a 50-million dollar budget and an expert film crew!

I haven't seen movies in a real long long time... I think the last one I saw was Bruce Almighty or something. *shrugs*
