Weekend and Packing
Jan. 9th, 2006 11:16 amMonday mornings are by far the busiest period for us at work, and today is no exception.

d_raven and I had a nice relaxing time this weekend; on Saturday we went into Leeds with wolfarlis and yesterday was spent "chillaxing".
Now the excitement for Thursday is kicking in. Three days at work this week and then it's off to Portland, OR.

What a journey! Coupled with the time it will take me to get to Manchester Airport in time to check-in, and waiting times, I'll be travelling for more than 25 hours! O_O
I'm going to start packing tonight once all my laundry is done. The fursuit is nearly dry and needs a good brush before I pack it away for the trip along with my New Rocks and my leather jacket, with the "last minute" phase of packing done Wednesday night (toilettries, laptop, etc).
I'm starting to feel the excitement of it all now; staying with the PDX Crew for nearly a week (damoncanine, kelvinwuff, bennetfox, tyber_de), then spending another week with my packmates darkfang and ysengrin at FC and for a few days afterwards, and then a long weekend with chairoraccoon before heading back to England on Monday, arriving back Tuesday.
That's enough jibber-jabber for now, more later.
