Monitors

I was thinking about getting a widescreen LCD monitor at some point in the future to give me a larger work area when video editing.

Then I noticed that the maximum resolution of 22" widescreen LCDs is 1680x1050, only 80px wider horizontally and 150px shorter vertically (my 21" CRT does 1600x1200). 24" widescreen LCDs give a better resolution of 1920x1200, but the ~£600 price tag is much much more than I am willing to pay for 320px of horizontal viewing area.

When the 24" LCDs drop to a realistic consumer price (~£200) I may consider getting one.

Hair

Yeah, sorry for whoring LJ today. I guess I'm full of crap. ;)

Anyway, to the point. As I was coming back upstairs after a cigarette break I noticed that the hair above both my ears has gone grey, thick grey.

I feel quite distinguished. :>
