reduce fuel duty and reclassify Jaffa Cakes as biscuits insted of cakes and thus allowing the government o charge VAT on them. for some reason chocolate biscuits get taked but cakes's don't,.. so when yo but jaffa Cakes you're nto giving money to a potential corrupt government,. hence why Jaffa Cakes are the anarchist's chocolate covered snack of choice. :)
