Update and Anniversary

Wow. Has it really been over a week since I last made an update here?
Not surprisingly I'm still getting used to my new shift at work. Sleep patterns aren't the problem, but staying in contact can be. I apologise if it seems that I've been avoiding people, that isn't the case, my new shift pattern is just throwing me sometimes.
This weekend is my last stint of nights before my week off (I have, as part of the rota, one week in three off). I'm going to be pretty busy for the first few days (Mon thru Weds) spring cleaning around the flat, and then at the weekend I shall have some visitors. :)
WoW wise my human warrior is now at lvl 24.
Next month will be my first month of saving to move out (had things to repay this month); I'm aiming to have at least £1K for the move into a rented house (yes, despite previous comments I have decided to rent). If I get the house I am hoping for (I'll put in for it at the end of June) it'll be unfurnished, which thankfully gives me at least some degree of creativity. Basic level of comfort will be attained before
damonblackpaw moves to over here, as I'm actually happy living in sparse conditions for a few months.
I've already got a sofa and a bed (double) for free, ready for when I do make the move, so it wont be that bad. I'll definitely have to acquire some black-out curtains for the bedroom though, as sleeping through the day is not fun when there is lots of sunlight shining through one's window.
Also bad news with the whole BritFur thing tomorrow; working the night shift means no Lupus Ex Machina.
This will only happen once every three weeks (this was discussed with Axle prior to me starting) and tomorrow is my Friday night in work. Sorry guys, work comes first.
Coming back to
damonblackpaw and myself, today is our 2nd anniversary. :D
Aaaand that's all I can think to write at this moment. Oh yeah, I showed
r4nger5 Death To Smoochy last night, which he thoroughly enjoyed.
