I just saw someone in #NorthernFurs (FurNet) get kicked because Samia (an Op) didn't like that person.

That, IMO, is abuse of power. Samia does not deserve ops.

I just don't do IRC. This makes the world a better place. However, I have to agree that Samia is a Grade A ________, and doesn't deserve op or admin status anywhere.
