personally speaking, i think my fave levels are the ruined city retake (with those cooooolies war of the worlds kinda tripod things!) or the last one where.. *censored* well.. i'll leave you to find that out for yourself Mr wolat.. i expect manical laughter when you do!!
There.. is. but I'm not posting my work email address in a public forum and I'm a bit shy about giving it out anyhow c.c Especially since we keep having Reminders given in team meetings about 'internet and email abuse'.
Then again, I suppose I use the internet enough that it's 'in for a penny, in for a pound' regardless?
Look at Lord Of The Rings, it's a trilogy and there is no real end until the third book.
Personally I don't care that Half-Life and Half-Life 2 had incomplete endings, it's too good for me to care. This way I know there will be sequels and that such an awesome game will live on! :D
That and the fact that since Halflife and Halflife 2 are told entirely (ENTIRELY, mark you, no cut-scenes or anything) from Gordon's point of view, there can't really /be/ an ending until he hangs up the hazard suit and pops his clogs :P
this is true, dont get me wrong, the 'cliffhanger' (although can you call it a cliffhanger when its expected?) at the end is very intriguing.. although they might be hard pressed to beat HL2, was a pretty damned near spankilngly perfect game fi you ask me.. well, other than a few ai glitches ^^
Bah you aren't that far from the end! I was playing BF2 all night last night.... got 4 medals in the process! I want my corp rank *cry* Oh and horray for two gold medals =)
